MC Bio: Fairiel was the adorable daughter and first child of Garith and Estelle. Shortly before Legolas returned home to Mirkwood, after his and Aragorn perilous time in Angmar, Fairiel's parents brought her to visit. Seeing her reminded Legolas that giving over to the Nazgul years ago had not been a pointless thing. Garith and Estelle also gave Legolas a lock of Fairiel's hair as a gift.

MC Bio: Fastred was one of Freca’s stable hands and horse breakers, a humorous if sometimes grouchy character, he was the one to unsuccessfully try and train Firebrand, a job which ended up being accomplished by Legolas. Regardless of this Fastred was friendly and easy to get on with when not put out. Unfortunately when Scatha and his men came disguised as horse breeders and it turned out that they were really the horse thieves who had attacked Legolas and Trelan, Scatha’s men chase down and killed Fatred and Léod.

MC Bio: Freca owned a section of land in Rohan devoted to training horses. Freca had the unique position of being the only one to know how to make an antidote to Lhyguan poison, but instead of sharing that knowledge with others, Freca made people pay or work for the antidote. Not a heartless man by any means, this act of selfishness nonetheless became the means by which Legolas nearly died, given the choice to work off the debt, Legolas was nearly through with his treatment when Scatha and his men came with their stolen horses. Freca decided not to ask questions though he was suspicious, but when Scatha recognized Legolas they decide to kill Freca and his two workers. Later when Legolas returned to the house, he found Freca dead in the doorway of his house.
